YummmMMY!
I made my first cheesecake yesterday. It had to refrigerate overnight so this evening was the earliest to have some.
Pictures do not do it justice. It was DELICIOUS! Best of all, it was a healthier recipe than a full-on cheesecake. Strawberry topping was optional.
