South Texas does have a lot of interesting birds.
I love birds and am really enjoying your photos of them!
Birding IS fun in Texas. When we stayed on the TX gulf coast we saw more birds than we ever have before. I wasn't sure how they'd be doing when it is so hot and dry though. Great pictures.
