Barn Charm - Skagit Valley Charmer

While doing a grocery run on Sunday, I took the scenic route to and from the store. I went down a back road that I had never been on and was rewarded with this unique barn find. While it looks like it could use a little bit of loving, it still had the windmill on top, unlike another nearby one.

What an interesting structure. Like none I've seen before.

Is that a silo? I've never seen one like that before or a windmill on top like that! It's really seen a lot of years... poor thing needs some washing! LoL! =) That doesn't look like a silo, though, not with all those windows around it... hmmm I wonder! Great mysterious find this week, Sally! You have me guessing & stumped!!! Heheheee

I've got to believe that is a windmill driven pump house! Totally unique!

Looks in good enough shape to still be used. I really like the windmill structure. Great find. Back roads are fun!
