Coming west on Highway 20 @ Washington Pass, as you reach the top of the hairpin turn you can look back down into the valley you just traversed. On this day, we drove through rain and then a light snow as we reached the top of the pass. Yet there were patches of blue sky to be seen.

Fantastic capture, Sally! And what a gorgeous place! With the bit of fog, it looks not only beautiful, but delightfully mysterious. Hope you have a lovely day and a great weekend! Enjoy!

I can enjoy these early snowfalls, you know the snow will melt off the road. Next month it will be a different story.

Amazing capture and very beautiful view.
So majestic! We used to live in Washington state and often thought that if the sun were out all the time the whole world would want to live there. What a beautiful place.
